He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcide and Yvonne (Poirier); and his sister Suzanne. He is survived by: his wife Diane Piquette (Bissonette); his son Robert "Bobby"; and his siblings, Roger, Raymond, Gisèle (Denis Levert) and Pauline Lavigne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
