She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Mitchell and Ethel Mitchell; her husband Norman Lyons; her child Christene Poisson (Ed); her grandson James Hayduk; and her sister Carol McGleish (late Don).
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hayduk, Ronald Lyons (Lorna), Karen Hutchen (Rick) and Marilyn Lyons; her grandchildren, Terry Hayduk (Sara), Matthew Hayduk (Brandy), Ryan Poisson (Angela), Nathan Poisson (Andrea Chaters), Allen Hutchen and Amanda Hutchen; and her sister Doreen Stadnyk (late William). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made by cheque or online to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.
