She was predeceased by: her child Terry Bortnak; and her parents, John Woychesko and Katherine Woychesko (Halushka). She is survived by: her husband William Bortnak; her child Shirley of Burger; her grandchildren, William (Charlene) of Burger, Grace Urbanski (Mark) and Jessica Bortnak; her great grandchildren, Brennan, Evan, Ethan and Jaxon; and her brother Howard Woychesko of Saskatchewan.

Due to the COVID-19 directives, a maximum of 80 will be allowed in the chapel.
