She was predeceased by : her husband Louis Fazekas; her brothers, Emil "Hurlie" Hreljac (late Arletta), Vic Hreljac (Beth) and Edward Hreljac (Pauline); and her parents, Mathew Hreljac and Branka Hreljac.

She is survived by : her children, Stephen, Catherine, Louis and Christopher; her grandchildren, Christopher, Scott, Lucas and Brianna; and her siblings, John Hreljac (late Maureen), Frank Hreljac (Karen) and Lillian (late Ed Dmytrasz). She is also survived by nephews, friends and family.
