She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peter "Jack" Farrell and Carmel Farrell (Fox); and her father-in-law Gilles Piche. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Piché; her sons, Brandon Piché (Christine Brouillette-Piché) and Josh Piché; her granddaughter Elena Piché; her brother John Farrell (Kelly); her siblings-in-law, Rod Piché (Isabelle), Valerie Bell (Jim) and Pierre Piche; and her mother-in-law Henriette Piché. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northeast Cancer Centre at Health Sciences North (Health Sciences North Foundation) would be greatly appreciated.
