With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Alberta Reiss (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on June 16, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Carson and Marguerite Carson; and her siblings, Bert and Elizabeth Lamirande. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Reiss; her children, Terry and Mark Reiss; and her grandchildren, Heidi and Jacob. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
