He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam McKim and Myrtle McKim. He is survived by: his significant other Chris Blake; his sister Sandra Johnstone; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy Gervais (Guy), Cheryl Johnstone, Lennie, Sarah, Hobbes and Christopher.
