He is survived by: his children, Stephen Dodge, Julie Dodge Vander Baaren, Lynne, Kristan Mulligan and Melissa Dodge; his children-in-law, Lee Mulligan and Coel Barbeau; his grandchildren, Chris, Rachel, Connor, Patrick, Kenzie, Nathan, Julia, Andrew, Jayden, Ethan, Ryder and Mavie; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Mason. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
