She was predeceased by: her child Fay Booth (Don); and her parents, Dakia Smegle and Mike Cmigyl. She is survived by: her children, Linda Caruso and Michael Caruso (Pauline); her grandchildren, Anthony Booth (Sarah), Joe Booth (Josie), Jason Caruso and Dayna Caruso (Pat); and her great grandchildren, Alyssa, Michael, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Arabella and Louella. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 Pandemic directives, 50 people or fewer are permitted in the visitation room, and 80 people or fewer in the chapel.
Donations to Northern Ontario Families of Children with Cancer would be appreciated.
