She was predeceased by: her parents, John Costain and Etta Costain; her siblings, Beulah Ellsworth (Vincent), Gordon Costain (Pearl), Marne Costain (Laura) and Holland Costain (Adele); and her husband Ivan MacInnis.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Ballance (Keith), Sharon Ross (John) and Lynn Pugliese (Vince); her grandchildren, Jenny Ballance, Ross, Brian Ross, Meghan Schneider, Courtney MacInnis, Andrew Pugliese and Sean Pugliese; and her great grandchildren, Amelia, Elijah, Everly, Cora, Rowan, Ella, Scarlett, Lucas, Sophia, Alice, Hazel, August and Faye.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1).
