He is survived by: his wife Marguerite (Castonguay); his children, Josée (Kevin), Stephan (Christine), Daniel (Angela) and Chantal (Sébastien); his grandchildren, Alex, Madison, J'Lyne, Lauren, Janelle, Elianne and Cedric; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Max and Emmi; and his siblings, Lise (Claude), Carole (Harry), Celine (Phil), Serge (Line), Gilles and Pierrette (Jack). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the R. J. Barnard Chapel (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1).
