He is survived by: his siblings, Brent (Linda) and Mary; his nephews, Jordan Holder and Jarrett Diamond; his wife Lynne; his children, Lyndsey and Corey; his mother-in-law Marie-Paule Kulos (late Bill); his brother-in-law Robert Kulos (Cathy); and his niece Dharma Kulos.
