He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Westcott and Mary Westcott. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Westcott; his children, Brenda Ouellette (Mike) and David Westcott; his grandson Carter Ouellette; and his siblings, Patricia Westcott, Sharon Bernett (Duane), Bernice Broadfoot (Tom Sr.) and John Westcott. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
