He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dmytriw and Antonia Dmytriw. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Dmytriw; his children, Amanda Dmytriw (Melanie) and Anthony Dmytriw (Lise); his grandchildren, Cloe, Jon, Averie, Nicolas, Brody and Blake; and his sisters, Maria Kenney (late John) and Ann Bueschkens (late Bill).
