He was predeceased by: his children, Ronald Giroux (Connie Desbiens), Claude Giroux (Nicole Pitre) and Eveline Giroux McCallion (Ian McCallion); and his parents, Delphis Giroux and Edmée Giroux.
He is survived by: his significant other Florence Giroux; his sons, André Giroux (Lorraine Duchene) and Robert "Bob" Giroux; and his caregivers, Trina, Cass and Hayley. He is also survived by his beautiful grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his many relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Paroisse Ste-Marguerite d'Youville (4290 route régionale 80, Val Thérèse, ON).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Health Sciences North Foundation – Cancer Fund would be greatly appreciated.
