He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Guignard and Ida Guignard; and his son Roland. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Paquette; his daughter Denise; his stepchildren, Darcy, Tracy and Lynne; and his sisters, Claude (Patrick), Yvette, Claudine (Gilles), Alvan, Giséle and Edna. He is also survived by his two grandchildren and by his two great grandchildren.
