Rita Thomson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Thomson in Sudbury, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ovila Cloutier and Délia Cloutier; her husband Grant Thomson; and her sister Louise. She is survived by: her sons, Gilles and Gaston; her sisters, Hélène, Diane and Pauline; her grandchildren, Randy, Nathalie, André and Katie; and her great grandchildren, Mikeal, Savannah, Gabrielle and Maxine.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to a charity of choice.
