With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Girard (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on October 13, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Elsie Girard; his parents, Donat and Thérèse Girard of Cochrane; his children, Roberta Theobald (Roy) of Chelmsford and Daniel Girard (Jennifer) of Oshawa; his stepdaughter Jennifer Chabot (Justin) of Sault Ste; his siblings, Gerald (Susan), Gisèle (Jean-Louis), Ghislaine (Vin), Denise (Leon), Normand (Karen), Denis (Micheline) and Lorraine (Jean-Yves); his grandchildren, Zachary and Ashley; and his stepgrandchildren, Alistair and Mckenzie. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Donations to the Maison McCulloch Hospice can be made by cheque or online.
