He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Hammond; his parents, George Hammond and Mary Hammond; and his siblings, Bill, Patricia Baltzer and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Ben (Julie) of Sudbury, Matt (Laura) of Waterdown and Rebecca (Myles) of Hamilton; and his grandsons, Andrew, Jacob and Nathaniel.
