Robert Schroeder Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2026, at the age of 67, Robert Schroeder (Sudbury, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Schroeder (Benny) and Annette Schroeder; his brother Gordon John Schroeder; and his brother-in-law Milton Dale Burgess. He is survived by: his significant other Delphine Dumas; his sister Janet Burgess; his children, Jonah Schroeder, James Schroeder, Melissa Schroeder, Christina Schroeder, Dylan Schroeder, Dawn Dumas (Cris), April Dumas (Kris) and Ivan Peterson; his nephew Cole Burgess (Karissa); his great-niece Sofia; and his great-nephew Liam.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the R. J. Barnard Chapel (233 Larch St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3E3E1).
