He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Swick and Harvey Swick. He is survived by: his spouse Catherine; and his children, Alicia (Brent Cameron), Kim (Michael MacWilliam), Nathan and Jackson. He is also survived by his extended family and his many nieces and nephews.
