Roger Laforest Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Laforest (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on October 7, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Leanne; his parents, Lucien Laforest and Lousie Laforest (Joly); his siblings, Irene Sabourin-Dolittle (Frank), Theresa Wood (Rod), Jean Romolock (Johnny), Noella Roshko (John), Cecile Verkaik, Rita and Aline; and his mother-in-law Laura Charlebois.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Snow (Kent), Lise Laforest and Lou-Ann Lalonde (Tim); his grandchildren, Kourtney Laforest, Branden Laforest-Davis, Connor, Drayden Pelletier, Cameron Belisle (Regan) and Ethan Lalonde; his great grandchild Andi Dennis; his siblings, Rose Godbout (late Arthur), John (Fran), Lucy Rienguette (late Ted), Madeline Prudhomme (Noel), Simone Boivin (Philip), Gerald, Suzanne, Annette Larabie (late Denis) and Louie (Paulette); his father-in-law Garnet Legault; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Labelle (Danny), Karen Gomme and Laurie Proulx. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to Covid-19 a celebration of life will be held at a future date where we will share our memories and celebrate Roger's Life.
