With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Roosevelt Bulmer (Sudbury, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his spouses, Mildred (McOrmond) and Hulda (Shelswell); his children, Wayne Bulmer (Elizabeth) and Janice Cirelli (Peter); his stepchildren, Heather Martin (David) and Gordon (Shelswell); his brother George Bulmer; and his parents, Ross Bulmer and Helen Bulmer (Soucie).
He is survived by: his close friend Diane Thompson; his grandchildren, Emily Bulmer (Greg), Philip Bulmer, Rebecca Bulmer, Douglas Cirelli (Julie) and Laura Imbeau (Gates); his great grandchildren, Spencer, Ian, Logan, Claire and Madeleine; his nibling Beverly Bardeggia (George); his great-nieces, Jennifer and Christi Ann; and his great-nephew Mathew.
