Rosaria Ciccone Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosaria Ciccone (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on October 3, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Giuseppe Ciccone and Amalia Ciccone (Cercone); her siblings, Angela Ciccone, Carla Knutson (Bob), Zia (Michelle) of Matthew, David Knutson (Meagan), Arielle, Amalia and Benjamin; and her caregivers, Lise, Melonie, Sarah and Carole. She was also cherished by loving aunt and many cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lougheed Funeral Home (252 Regent St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3C4C8). A prayer will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony Church (19 Mary St, Greater Sudbury, ON P3C1B7).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the heart and stroke foundation, diabetes Association, Sudbury Food bank or Health Sciences North foundation.
