Thérèse Mayer-Jérome Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thérèse Mayer-Jérome (Sudbury, Ontario), who passed away on September 30, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepdaughter Joanne Laverdiere; her parents, Oscar Mayer and Rose-Anna Mayer; and her siblings, Roger Mayer (late Lilianne), Ulysse Mayer (late Thérèse), Fernande Walters (late Donald), Gérard Mayer (late June), Roland Mayer (late Viny), Vivianne Giroux (late Hector), Jeannine Mayer, Raymond Mayer, Donald Mayer (Diane), Robert Mayer and Richard Mayer (Colette).
She is survived by: her husband Albert Jerome; her stepchildren, Edward Jerome, George Jerome, Terry Jerome (Patty) and Eric Jerome (Wesley); and her sisters, Lucille Bondy (late Donald) of Windsor and Yvonne Commons (Brian) of Brampton. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Park Lawn Cemetery. (Friends may call after 10am Saturday) Due to the new COVID-19 directives, 50 people or less in our visitation room and 80 people in our chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
