He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fraser and Mary Fraser. He is survived by: his spouse Noella; his children, Joanne, Erika, Susanne, Shane, Daniel, Susan, Richard, Cheryl and Alexis; his siblings, George (late Donalda), Delphine (Fred), Muriel, Wilrose (Wendy), Francis, Barbara, Sheila, Edwina, Marjorie and Rheal; and his close friend Emil. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
