He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Graham and Raymond Graham; his siblings, Edward (Ted), Margaret, Beverly and William; and his children, Thomas (Carolyn) and Darren Provincial.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Graham; his sister Barbara Bednarski; his children, Pamela Lamothe (Mike), Perry Graham, Alfred Provincial (Lise) and Tim Provincial (Deidre); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Crystal, Kristin, Wyatt, Emma, Braden, Jade, Steven and Nicholas. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
