He was predeceased by: his parents, William Middaugh and Pauline Middaugh; and his siblings, Julia and James Middaugh. He is survived by: his children, Korey Middaugh and Harleigh Middaugh; his stepchildren, Kristopher Laface and Kyle Laface (Cassandra Kuntsi); and his grandchildren, Liam, Kaleb, Mikaela and Kaleigh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
