She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Keiran "Kiwi" and Kacen; her parents, Wilfred Shawanda (Audrey) and Veronica Shawanda (Rene); her siblings, Sheri Assiniwe (Brendan), Justin Shawanda, Sidney (Tommie-Lee), Jason (Monique), Miranda Nebenionquit and Shannon Paibomsai; her grandparents, Gilbert, Doris Blais, Lena, Wilfred Petahtegoose and Julius Assinewai; her godchild Mackenzie; her godparents, Mary Ann Blais and Arthur Shawanda; and her close friends, Teresa Dubay and Jason Oshkabewisens.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic only 10 people may attend the visitation or service at one time.
