He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Tilly; and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughters, Andrea (Ralph), Marina (Rob), Gido (Rachel) of Eric, Christian (Korina), Kaitlyn and Hannah; and his sisters, Helen, Sally and Mary. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Face masks are mandatory.
