Gerald Alexander Whalen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2025, at the age of 87, Gerald Alexander Whalen (Sundridge, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sisters, Dorothea Howse and Christine Whalen. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Whalen; his children, Clifford Whalen (late Reg) and Donna Marchand (Troy); his grandchildren, Kelsey Marchand and Riley Vieira (Alex); and his sibling's children, David Boucher, Russell Boucher (Deidra) and Danny Boucher.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendrier Opatovsky Funeral Home - Moore Chapel (9 Paget St, Sundridge, ON P0A1Z0). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
