It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Henry John Schmeler of Sundridge, Ontario, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his sons, Jerry and Richard Schmeler; and his siblings, Rosie, Ben, Eva, Mabel and Leora.

He is survived by : his wife Barbara; his children, Joe Schmeler (Annette), Connie Newitt (Jim) and Tim Schmeler (Bev); his grandchildren, Adam (Cari), Jackie, Nickole, Ricky (Jessica) and Angela; his great grandchildren, Finn, Alex, Lacey, Bianca, Luca, Jack and Henry; and his siblings, Dave Schmeler (Jean) and Violet McHughes. He is also survived by his family and friends.
