He is survived by : his spouse Sandy Fonger; his mother-in-law Sharon Smith; his sibling-in-law Reg Smith; his nephew Aidan Smith; his cousin Linda Barry; his brothers, Al Raney and Mark Thoma; and his friend Pat Casey.
