She was predeceased by: her husband Kent Carleton. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Slemmonds (Gary), Tammi Carleton (Carlos) and Marc Carleton; and her siblings, Terry Sleightholm (Alix), Steve Sleightholm (Stephanie) and Patti Sleightholm. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
