It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Joyce Bleakley (Sutton West, Ontario), who passed away on December 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her daughters, Frances West (John) of Bellville, Denise Greenwell (Larry) of Pefferlaw and Joyce Caveen of Queensville; her grandchildren, Jim West (Shalyn) of Thomasburg, Shauna West of Belleville, Meghan Caveen of Ottawa, Rachel Greenwell of Sutton and Cassanda Caveen (Kevin) of Peterborough; her great grandchildren, Kaidyn, Sienna, Rowan and Parker; and also Keswick.

Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Sociaty would be appreciated by the family.
