He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Gwen. He is survived by: his sons, David (Sara) and Steven (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jacob and Jillian; his sister June (Don Crosby); his nephew Mark (Katherine); and his niece Sue (Troy).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Margaret Bahen Hospice (Support my hospice - Margaret Bahen Hospice) where he was lovingly cared for in his final days.
