He is survived by: his children, Kurt (Joan), Peter (Nancy), Yvonne, Trudi (Angela), Jacqueline (Duane) and John (Jessica); his stepson Derek (Regan); and his siblings, Erika and Joachim (Germany). He is also survived by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
