He is survived by : his wife Bette; his children, Patrick (Tina), Patti, Jody, Stephen and Dawn; his grandchildren, Justin, Melinda, Jessica, Sara, Matthew, Lindsay, Adam, Kelsey, Austin, Cory, Carly, Dougie and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Sam and Clara. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
