He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Witty and Reta Mercier; and his brother Grant Witty. He is survived by: his wife Anna Witty of Swastika, Ontario; his children, Wendy (Mario Mannella) of Calgary, Alberta and Richard (Angela Davis-Witty) of Swastika, Ontario; his sisters, Donna Legros of Kirkland Lake and Cindy Mlodzenc of West Nipissing, Ontario; his grandchildren, Sophie, Jessica, Greyson, Maxwell and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Nathan and Marissa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Ross's memory can be made to the Blanche River Health Foundation or the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 87, Kirkland Lake.
