Michael Bawn Obituary

We announce the death of Michael Bawn of Tamworth, Ontario, who passed away on July 19, 2026, at the age of 72. Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Bawn and Jean Bawn; and his brother Kim Bawn. He is survived by: his children, Chris Hartwick (Janet), Adam Bawn and Lindsay Bawn; his siblings, Alara Bretanne (Kim Forster), Glenda Hudgins (Wayne Gregg), Wendy McDonald (late Greg), Terry Bawn (Mary Ann), Laura MacLaughlin and Lana Jaeger (late Brian Hineman); and his wife Sandy. He is also survived by his loving children, grandchildren great grandchildren, his siblings, extended family and many dear friends.
