Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dianne Edna Herold (Tavistock, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 75, on April 16, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Herold and Verna Herold (Mohr); and her brothers, William and Harvey. She is survived by: her siblings, Marjorie (John Mason), Chuck (Kathryn Ann Herold), Shirley (David Wilhelm) and Janet Herold of Stratford; her sister-in-law Mary Ann Herold of Stratford; and her aunts and uncles, Elaine and Gerry Mohr of Stratford. She is also survived by nephews and 21 great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shakespeare Community Athletic Association or the Grace United Church would be appreciated by the family.

“What can I say about Dianne? She was kind, caring and a great bowling buddy. Wednesday afternoons she and her sister Shirley enjoyed being part of the Ladies League at Mike's Lanes. I could see that the two sisters took the game seriously because Shirley, wrote in a wee book, the scores each got. Some money exchanged hands. The winner, usually Shirley, loved to share the afternoon with Dianne. The Wednesday Ladies bowling league will miss her. Condolences to her family.”
