He is survived by: his close friend Helen Lord; his children, Jeff Cook (Lynda), Joanne Zerbes (Randy) and Jason Cook (Shawne); his grandchildren, Ken, Chris (Amy), Alyssa (Derek), Adam (Breanna), Andrew and Ashlynn; his siblings, Lucille Laing (Shelly) and Murray Cook; his extended family, Diana (Bruce), Deb (Larry), Dave (Julie) and Denise (Ken); and his grandchildren, Jeff, Jason, Justin, Vicki, Brittanee, Davey, Kyle, Tyler, Nick and Brooklynn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
