We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2021, Douglas Jack Cudmore of Thamesville, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack Cudmore and Rena Cudmore (Boyle); and his siblings, Lyle Cudmore (Pat), Marvin Cudmore and Joyce Barker (Lee).

He is survived by : his wife Barbara Cudmore (Metcalfe); his children, Lee-Ann Kosziwka (Eugene) and Sue McTavish (Jan Szeremek); his grandchildren, Hannah, Stephan, Evan and Brannagh; and his sister-in-law Jane Cudmore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

If desired, donations may be made to Huntington's Society of Canada.
