He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Welch and Stella Welch (Meredith); his wife Rose Welch (Benjamin); and his siblings, Mae Lapp and Sam Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Brent, Brenda, Bradley (Tammy), Bonnie and Beverly Welch; his grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda), Tyler (Allison), Hailey (Miguel), Denzel, Alyia, Faith, Amber (Shawn), Adam, Seth and Madelyn; and his great grandchildren, DJ, Ruth, August, Penn, William and Andrew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John C. Badder Funeral Home (72 Victoria St, Thamesville, ON N0P2K0).
