She was predeceased by : her parents, Leslie Campbell and Versa Campbell; her daughter Sharon Horton; and her siblings, Audrey Smith, Ethel Smith, Vic Campbell, Ruth Moore and Joan Timms.

She is survived by : her husband Oscar Horton; her children, Brenda Jackson (Denny), Shean Shaw (Diane), Oscar Horton Jr. (Patti), Dana Horton (Christine), Mathew Horton (Christine) and Jason Horton (Brian); her grandchildren, Karen Ferguson, Takisha (Preston), Nathan, Alex, Jacob (Shelby), Eric (Syerra), Joshua, Kylie (Bobby), Joe (Christine) and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Quinn, Deklen, Aurora and Landon; and her sister-in-law Betty Campbell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
