He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Millard and Florence Millard (LaRue); and his siblings, Bernice Johnston (Clarence), Gordon Millard (Donna), Frank Millard, Barbara Buckingham (David), Douglas Millard and Evelyn Millard.
He is survived by: his sister Marie Robinson (late Norman); his sisters-in-law, Ann Millard and Linda Levesque; and his caregiver Helen Heersma. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
