He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Honky Odie" Yakubowich and Jeanne Yakubowich (Richardson). He is survived by: his significant other Gina; his children, Amanda Yakubowich, Chris Yakubowich, Jessica Pratt (Austin) and Joe Duff (Jordan); his grandchildren, Madison, Mason, Maxwell, Bowen and Stella-Jean; his brother Dave Yakubowich "Tickets"; his niece Teagan; his nephew Drew; his parent-in-law Jerry Zruna; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Zruna (Christy), Chris Zruna (Sam) and Jodi Huys (Dave).
