He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval and Gale; and his stepfather Dennis Salisbury. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Brown (Dave) and Lynn Turner (Ian); his siblings' children, Derick (Missy), Nick (Misty), Christopher (Michelle) and Kate; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sarah, Cameron, Jolene, Wyatt, Lucas, Allysia, Tamaka and Zoey; and his close friends, Ruth and John.
