We bid farewell to Mary Joan Walden of Thedford, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 19, 2025. Mary touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Nicholls and Violet Nicholls; her brother Bill; her sister-in-law Doreen Nicholls; and her sister Joy Nicholls.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Walden; her children, Andrea Peters (Kevin), Deryck Walden (Maria) and Tanya Schoeley (Albert); her grandchildren, Matthew, Vanessa Peters, Natalie, Victoria, Grace, Anna, Sarah Walden, Sophia, Arianna and Isabella Schoeley; and her siblings-in-law, Eric and Karen Walden.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dennings Funeral Home (9 James St S, Forest, ON N0N 1J0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thedford United Church (74 Nelson St, Thedford, ON N0M2N0). A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Pinehill Cemetery (8560 Ridge Rd, Thedford, ON N0M2N0).
