Ruth McCaig Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth McCaig (Thessalon, Ontario), who passed away on June 14, 2019 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruth McCaig to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Jack; her grandson Bryce; her parents, Seymour McLeod and Ivy McLeod; her siblings, Keith (Dorothy), Dorothy, Marj (late Don), Vera, Fred (Arlene), Gerald (late Barbara), Glen (Gayle), Kirk (Jean), Garry and Wayne; her parents-in-law, Thomas and Nellie McCaig; and her siblings-in-law, Eva Pateman (late Lawrence), Mae Haight (late Carl), Thelma Haight (late Randal), Rhoda MacMillan, Margaret Noble, Ivan McCaig (late Phyllis), Ted, Fred McCaig (Gail Gardiner) and Bernie McCaig (Gale).

She is survived by : her children, Jackie, Mark (Carol) and Lynn (Diane); her grandchildren, Amanda (Robert), Aaron (Joanne), Colin (Brittany) and Caitlynn; her great grandchildren, Miles, Drake, Dean, Eva and Emmett; and her siblings, Stan McLeod (Heather) and Beverly Hammond (Keith). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
